Came for the shoes; stayed for the jewels! Noelle helped me replace my Skechers but then I noticed that Beckers stocked the Australian men's underwear brand, 2UNDR. Beckers' 3-pack is a huge bargain compared to online prices. Sure, you can buy "The People's Underwear" at Walmart and the like BUT if you are active and want "the boys to stay home," run to Beckers for a pair of 2UNDRs. Imagine . . . in Owen Sound!!!
Great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't rushed out or pressured into a shoe that wasn't just right. Staff was very knowledgeable about their products. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and the associate helping me was very kind and helpful whilst helping me find the perfect fit. Will go back in the spring and definitely recommend!
The store and service is amazing but the website the not helpful “How Can I help” link needs some help. Pls don’t offer this robotic service - it’s so poor
The staff is Owen Sound are amazing, they always are there if you need help. My favourite shoe store in Owen Sound, most of my shoes and boots come from here. They had so many styles and colours to choose from, I could be in there for says trying to decide what to get.
Great customer service, friendly staff. Always sales available in many styles. Huge selection to choose from for both men and women. Fancy shoes to cozy crocks and waterproof burkenstalks. Leather, and vegan options in many of the styles. If they don't have it in their store, they will check other locations for you. They offer polishes, swede cleaners, cork sealers and brushes for all your shoe care needs. They carry shoes, sandals ,boots, ladies bags, wallets, cute socks and im probably missing so much more. It's worthwhile to stop in. Kid sizing available as well in many styles.
As I was trying shoes on here I overheard a middle aged staff member berate a younger member of the team for a simple mistake, in front of customers. This woman not only wanted to correct the other employee but embarrass her as well. The entire store fell silent, making for a very uncomfortable experience.
Very busy store but,the staff were friendly and very helpful and the quality of products next to none. Prices were very good.
Must be newly renovated or I have not shopped here in a while. Store looks great! Well laid out, bright, clean. One of the better selections of shoes you will find in Owen sound. Staff is friendly, maybe on the too friendly side. Lots of well known brands of shoes. Also lots of small stuff too; accessories, socks, etc. Glad to see local stores like this busy. Definitely worth shopping at.
Was not customer friendly other than a welcoming hello once I entered the door. I went in knowing what I wanted so I wasn’t there long but the feel of the place was very awkward and uncomfortable. I didn’t see one smile being there. I didn’t feel like a valued customer even when spending a fair good amount of money. The person I dealt with was unsure about what was going on and overall I was not happy with the experience at all and would NOT recommend.
The staff are very helpful and friendly in this store. Thank you for helping me find the perfect running shoe!
