Terrible customer service. My washer broke after 2 months and called several time for repair. they kept saying someone will come but never show up. They did the same thing even with my friend. selling defective products and asking lots of $$ to repair it when this should be covered for their so called warranty.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is the biggest scam store out there and is going to be SHUT DOWN!! This con artist named NATHAN sold me a fridge that didnt even work then upgraded me (spent more money) into a fridge that told me he would '' put in a brand new compressor and would last 10 years" 2 months later fridge wouldnt work properly and had a real service tech come to look at it, told me there is a gas leak and is unsafe to turn on! Top it off told me the compressor was a used compressor. Called Nathan about doing something but instead wants to charge me to fix or take it on trade in and loose $600!! Like I said his business is going to shut down soon
