One of the best Gyros in the city. Highly recommend giving it a try.nThe Pork Gyro is their signature—cooked on a vertical rotisserie with crispy edges. It’s super delicious, though I found it a bit too salty for my taste. The Chicken Gyro was not salty at all, and I loved it. Both wraps come loaded with fries inside, which is a great touch!nJust a heads-up: the portions are huge and packed with ingredients, so one wrap can easily be heavy or enough for one person.nFor sides, we ordered their Greek Potatoes—oven-roasted to perfection with olive oil, lemon, and oregano. Absolute 10 out of 10.nDon't forget to order Ayran which is exact Persian Doogh to flush it all down!nI'll definitely be back.
We recently visited Messini Authentic Gyros for lunch and had a great experience overall. We tried both the lamb & beef mix gyro meal and the chicken gyro meal, which were around $17 each.nnThe standout was definitely the lamb & beef mix gyro. It was flavorful, well-seasoned, and noticeably better than the chicken gyro. The fries that came with it were absolutely delicious—crispy, fresh, and some of the best we’ve had with a gyro meal. I would definitely order them again.nnThe chicken gyro was still enjoyable, though it came with cooked potatoes instead of fries. The potatoes were alright, but they didn’t stand out the way the fries did.nnOne thing that impressed us was the portion size. The meals are very generous and offer great value for the price. We also loved the outdoor seating area, which made for a perfect summer lunch date. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming.nnOverall, good food, large portions, reasonable prices, and a great patio atmosphere. We’d happily come back, especially for the lamb & beef gyro and those amazing fries.
I have been to this location at least twice and Everytime the food here has been amazing. Their Gyro platter is more than enough for 2 people and the quantity of their Greek salad is just too good. Everytime I had to get rest of the food as takeout. I would definitely recommend everyone to at least try this Greek Restaurant once
I’ve been going to Messini for years, and the quality of the food never disappoints.nnExcellent service, fast and the food is very warm when they serve you.nnThe quantity of the food is also impressive. Definitely worth the pricennI recommend the platters because I like to eat a lot, and if you want the Greek fries I would order them as an extra to your platter, it is cheaper and the quantity is still good to share between 3 to 4 people.nnI also love their salad! Always fresh and the feta they use is simply the best.nnI consider this the best Greek Restaurant in the city.
The food abs service was absolutely great! The meat was perfectly spiced and tender, the rice was flavourful, and the overall portion size was sufficient. I definitely recommend and would definitely return the next time I am in the area.
