The environment is clean, modern, and most importantly it's relaxing. My esthetician asked questions before my services and how I like them done (rather than assuming), which I really appreciate. I find that they do the best job for eyebrow waxing and shaping, I believe the results are better because the waxing is done while you are seated in a chair (rather than lying down like a lot of places do). They have a huge variety of skin care products and will advise you about each one.

I had THE best spa day here. I must say the massage from Barb was undoubtedly the best massage i have ever had. I was scheduled for a relaxing treatment, but she was very in tune with the problems i had going on and definitely helped me- she went above and beyond a simple routine. Not to mention the bedding was beyond soft and cozy!! Very easy to relax here.
All of the girls were SO welcoming, and i had so many laughs during my makeup application. Everyone was friendly and so attentive, and i left feeling glamorous and pampered. Christina did my makeup for me and she is an absolute sweetheart! I loved my makeup and she was also helpful when it came time to select from the great selection of products.
My first impression was how clean and classy the space was- i am very impressed and will be back! Thanks again girls!!

Fabulous, knowledgeable and attentive staff!!! I have been using Merle Norman products and getting services done for a few years now. The skin care products and make-up are excellent quality and great for my sensitive skin. Megan's pedicures and manicures are the best I've ever had! The cuticle work shaping and polish job is always top notch and my heels stay smooth for weeks. They are meticulous with keeping the space and the tools clean. Love this place!!

Since the opening of the new Merle Norman Signal Hill I have had the opportunity to enjoy many of the spa treatments with several of the well trained, professional staff in a very modern and relaxing atmosphere. From the décor to the open space and latest innovative technology, Merle Norman Signal Hill feels like being pampered at a five star resort (without the heart-stopping bill!). The staff is exceptional with a friendly face to greet you at the door and make you feel welcome along with estheticians who seamlessly take away the stress of a hard week with ease and expertise. I have personally received several treatments with some of my favorites including (but certainly not limited to) make up application- and let me tell you, I don’t typically let ANYONE touch my make-up. These girls made me look and feel like a million dollars. Therapeutic massage which was one of the best I have had. I have received an excessive amount of massages through the years as I am a horse enthusiast (my body tells me otherwise) and the treatment received at Merle Norman Signal Hill has been nothing but extraordinary carried out by knowledgeable and intuitive massage therapists. They even know if I don’t feel like talking! Pedicures weren’t even in my vocabulary prior to my visits to Merle Norman Signal Hill and now I’ll be darned if I don’t get them on a regular basis. Every technician makes me feel like a goddess and the massage chairs should not be undermined as they are wonderful! This country girl even got spray tanned! Can you guess what? I was a bronzed beauty with no risk of skin cancer. I’d say that’s winning in my books. I would highly recommend Merle Norman Signal Hill to men and women alike. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff, atmosphere and services! Do yourself a favor and go try out the services at Merle Norman Signal Hill.

Ok so went in there just to pamper myself for a make-up walked-in and no problem if they don't have time or booked, but instead being appropriate and up to my needs this one woman who does make-up wanted me to fit in right before her appointment. That she got full an hour which means enough time do my application instead she rushed and didn't even remove my make-up that I had on did a quick terrible job on me didn't even follow guidelines from removing my make-up and applying an appropriate make-up done I wouldn't call her a professional she shouldn't be even touching people's face awful but her make-up and all looked just fine she just don't wanna do her job instead just want your money for nothing. So basically she charged my $70 for quick slop 20-30 job??? Now give me a break I don't remember her name otherwise I would mention it on here
