Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon

Haven't even been able to be seen yet, husband had to wait 6 months for his appointment, and I decided to call the day of the appointment to make sure it was still scheduled, because they never even called for a reminder or anything. Come to find out, it was cancelled. Lady said they called multiple times and left voicemails saying we needed to reschedule. About 1 month before the appointment, we received a call from the scheduler, Brooke, but there was no voicemail left, just a missed call. So when my husband called back, he was sent to her voicemail where he left a message asking why they were calling. And he heard NOTHING back. He has been waiting months, in a lot of pain, for this appointment. I took the day off of work for this appointment, just to find out they cancelled. Very disappointed!

Love working here! Great environment and we really care for all of the patients. Whether you're here for an injection, established visit, or a new patient we try to do everything we can to make you feel at home. Very helpful work place!

Anybody using this team of jokers better hang on! They are a disgusting excuse to the medical profession. I would recommend you go to a real orthopaedic doctor instead of a group of money hungry quacks!!!

Worst doctor experience ever. They treated my mother awful they didn't have any of her charts and basically didn't believe that she was in pain. Would never recommend.

Great care, very attentive to patients needs and comfort, ensures patients understand everything before continuing, very polite, comfortable waiting area (especially for friends or family waiting during surgery), and complimentary coffee. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs the services offered. My doctor was Dr. Brandon King.
