Beth strapp was phenomenal through out our home hunting process. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I messaged her she got back to us right away. I would highly recommend.
My significant other and I had the pleasure of working with Beth Strapp for our home loan. She answered any questions we had and was very quick to respond always. She made the loan process a breeze! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else during this time! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance! She truly is the best!
My loan originator was very attentive, responsive, and answered several questions to help me with getting a loan. The service was excellent and above and beyond what I found at competitors.
I went to the drive through to get November and December checking and savings statements. I expressed this to the woman at the drive through. She went and worked on this for about 10 minutes, and then she came back to ask which bank statements I wanted. I said again both checking and savings for those two months. She seemed perplexed, and about 10 minutes later, she came back to ask me what my address is. I told her it’s the same address on my ID which I gave her. She eventually came back with what I assumed was what I asked for, and I said thank you and drove off with my things because there was someone behind me. I pulled into parking to check if i had everything I asked for, and I saw that the savings statements weren’t included. I went inside and told a woman named Emily that I asked for both statements, but only received the checking in a calm manner. Without even letting me finish, Emily went into how the woman at the window was new, and misunderstood me. I was surprised at the reaction because I didn’t come in to argue, but I responded that she couldn’t have misunderstood because I clarified multiple times. Then Emily went in to how the woman at the window didn’t have access to print savings. I asked then why she didn’t tell me that instead of letting me drive off with incomplete information. Emily raised her voice at me in front of other customers that they were busy, and this was the best they could do, and that she would print them. I was shocked as to why she was even arguing with me, so told her to just stop, and print me the statement so I could leave. All I wanted was to come inside, the teller to say “I am sorry about that, let me fix it for you,” Instead I was argued with, yelled at and embarrassed in front of other customers for asking for the most basic thing. The location wasn’t busy, so the inability to multitask and the lack of basic decency was appalling to me. I’m switching banks immediately.
