First Alliance Credit Union - ATM

Nothing but positives for the credit union. Not only have they helped me with savings and loans, they have given me impartial, fantastic advice and made everything so much better for me. I can see light at the end of the tunnel. They offered debt consolidation and were supportive. From beginning to end. I would suggest everyone joins this credit union.

Professional service with professional friendly staff. In the past I have been a customer of several of the high street banks, However thier attitude is one which regards you as a number , where as 1st Alliance see's you as a person , And provides a service accordingly. 10 out of 10 all day long.

I have never had a issue with this before friendly people always willing to help can't fault it

Really poor service recently, told me their new system would not affect me last week. This week they are shutting and I need to find a new account ASAP. Explained I need some assistance, they are not interested in helping, really bad attitude.

Good bank don't expect the service you would with bigger banks like online banking etc but no charges good price loans etc worth a try
