I finally picked up the new car today, which was actually a gift for my dad . I cannot express how happy I was with the smooth process and all the help I got from Paul. You can say that I could have gone with Mercedes Benz elsewhere with a different representative and still end up with the same product, but going through that process with Paul was another level. He caters his explanations for his customers, asks questions to optimize the buy for the best outcome and he also saved me so much money. He is down to earth, honest, humble and hard working. The way he treated my elderly parents with a chill vibe yet with respect really warmed my heart. He's been around the field for a long time too so he really knows all the details down to micro level. Through Paul, Mercedes Benz has earned a family of loyal customers. The location itself is very spacious and every time I entered the building, staff were friendly, willing to address my presence and were efficient.
