Went in for a Tier 2 service for my 2024 Kia Sportage, bought second hand. The guys at the Service Department were very thorough, and my service coordinator Mark, sent me a summary and video of the issues they found. I wasn’t expecting the speed of the service an hour and a half. He gave me complimentary license plate covers and a car wash, as well. Had a great experience and I would recommend Kia owners to come.
My wife and I went to many dealerships around Vancouver and we were treated with pressure and shady salesmanship.nnHowever kia Vancouver was the opposite. Bernice was AMAZING! There was no pressure and great customer service. Danielle in finance gave us a great warranty as well.nnWe will always come back here for our vehicles now.nnTHANK YOU KIA VANCOUVER!
