Went in for a Tier 2 service for my 2024 Kia Sportage, bought second hand. The guys at the Service Department were very thorough, and my service coordinator Mark, sent me a summary and video of the issues they found. I wasn’t expecting the speed of the service an hour and a half. He gave me complimentary license plate covers and a car wash, as well. Had a great experience and I would recommend Kia owners to come.
