Under new management. We had good service and sitting area was clean. My kids love picking all the fun toppings to add to their ice cream. If you go in the marble slab website you can find coupons.

There used to be a marble slab in my area now the closest one is about a 30 minute drive I was in the Mississauga area so I decided to go in and try marble slab. Nice big clean location service was very good great ice cream and especially the waffle Bowl was good.

Quality of ice cream is getting bad and prices going up. Banana split quality was not upto the standard as the cream they used was weird fatty stuff not whip cream they used to have. No coffee flavour taste in ice cream. May be new management of this stores cutting corners.

Been coming to this location for years. Since the new franchisee took over last year, it has been so well run. Consistent, excellent service and of course delicious ice cream. It is a tradition in our house to go for Marble Slab, we even sometime take the 1 litre home for another day! Highly recommend if you are in the mood for ice cream.

My family has been going to marble slab for over 10 years now and I am writing this review to express how disappointed I am in the decline in quality. My brother and I both got ice cream with cake chunks and the cake chunks were STALE. I don't mean a little stale, I mean actually HARD and crumbly instead of soft cake pieces. Really makes me wonder how many other ingredients they're keeping out past their expiry date.

Order ice cream and ask to put in it walnuts but walnuts have really bad smell as they were fresh and making my ice cream taste pathetic too.

I went to the Marble Slab Creamery this afternoon and I was helped by Rema. I hadn't been to marble slab ever before and Rema was kind enough. To walk through all the different flavors, customization, and different options. Even though I am a picky eater, Rema helped me out and I settled on oreos ice cream with resses, m&ms, and caramel sauce. Totally recommend this ice cream store to anyone looking for a huge variety of options and a great staff

Always have great experience with the staff there. Had a chance of meeting the owner on my last visit and it sadly it was disappointing. Got a tub which wasn’t even filled properly and just overall poor service. Won’t bother visiting this location again.

Ice cream was decent, but I wish it felt a little more 'high quality'. Firstly, there were no more cones, but that's understandable considering the fact that I did go at the end of day. Taste testing samples should have mix-ins included as they make a HUGE difference in taste! The ice cream was also very liquidy and melted very fast after adding mix-ins so that affected the taste of the overall ice cream. So would I go here again? Maybe. If they improved the cooling of the ice cream so its more 'ice cream' like even after adding mix-ins. Would still choose Baskin Robbins over Marble Slab any day.

I ordered a slab cake online a WEEK before my dad's birthday to ensure we have a cake for him. My brother went in to pick it up on the indicated pick up time and they questioned it. There was no cake and they said there was no order. I had the email to prove that there was an order and they told us to come back an hour later so they can make one last minute. After my brother left, they called him and told him that the flavor we requested was not available. They told us to pick another flavor. Fine. We did. We had no other choice now since my dad was on his way home. My brother had to pay FULL PRICE for a late cake that was rushed and not even the cake we asked for! The picture attached was the cake when it got home from a short ride. The only reason I was willing to pay more was for the COFFEE flavor. If I had known this is how the cake was going to turn out, I would have just settled for a Dairy Queen out of the freezer cake. Although the flavor was good, I served the cake with a spoon.
