Terrible in so many ways. *Edited* Hi, There. No samples were given, don't falsify information to fit your narrative. We dumped a bit out because the flavour tasted stale and your prices are higher than Prime rib roast. Maintain your machine. Toppings were also stale and hard. How often are the less popular ones refreshed? The front desk girl was rude and gave us attitude for wanting 5 straws, when there were 5 peeple... I will gladly never come back. I've read your other responses to negative reviews, and The fact that you comment back to bad reviews as a personal attack says everything about you and your business.. Take care!
Went to this store at 9:00pm and got denied service through the window because they were “closed”, although the open sign was on and online the hours say 1:00pm-9:30pm. I then waited in my car and called the store and watched the woman answer the phone, as I proceeded to confirm their hours of business. She then told me she will allow specific people to enter the store between 9:00pm-9:30pm. While I was on the phone I watched three other customers try to enter the store, and leave after being denied as well. After going back and forth with the woman on the phone she told me to enter the store, and then exclaimed she can only let us buy frozen yogurt, but we were not allowed to buy toppings. She was also being rude on top of that and had no customer service skills.
I used to love menchies but it has gone downhill. First thing i noticed when we walked in was that the place smelled bad. Every single flavour had the "low" light flashing, which seemed odd. The vanilla and chocolate mix had a really watery consistency, when I asked her about it she told me it was normal for the first little bit and it will get thicker as you pour... Even though every other flavour we used didn't have that issue, and I've never had this issue at other locations. So I tried again and it was a little better, but still watery and it looked off, again she said that those two mixed together always looked like that. I have always got the vanilla and chocolate swirl not from here and I have never had those issues, so I tried it, and it tasted off. I decided to go with the tiramisu flavour and it was awful, nothing at all like tiramisu. My daughter had chocolate sprinkles on her oreo that legitimately tasted like soap. $22.00, for 3 yogurts that went into the garbage. Definitely won't be back.
Went to the store and enjoyed pretty good flavors!! The customer service us above and beyond. The nutella flavor is a must try. Will definitely come back again.
If I could give zero star I would. Not sure what is worse the service or quality of the product. Other locations have been better.
Guilty pleasure. You can mix or match your frozen yogurt, about a dozen flavours. There are 4 sauces and nearly 40 toppings ranging from candy pieces to nuts and pieces of Nanaimo bars or brownies. It's charged by weight, and on Wednesday it's a flat rate so you can let out your inner pig, it's ok, there is a gym across the street
Their sorbet yogurt swirls are great, and adding the toppings are a bonus. Pay by weight so can be expensive if you go over the top, but a great treat every once in a while.
I have good experience with girl who usually. Works in morning. She treated me always like a family. I was looking for mango cheesecake over there but from last 2 months i was not able to get that. Please have that back in your menu. I really appreciate
I really like this location because it's not busy which helps one relax. It's a good size and lots of places to sit. I do really like the White Rock location, but I've found it's way too busy and that makes me anxious and unable to sit down and enjoy a conversation with a loved one.
If I could give zero stars I would. I special ordered a photo cake for my soon to be four year old daughter. I was promised on multiple occasions they could make the cake I ordered. When I came to pick up the cake I was shocked. The image was nothing like what I sent them. The text was supposed to be in bright pink, but it was light grey. I was told that it was normal and that this was how the cakes always turn out. However I had looked at their photo cakes online and it simply wasn’t true. They also had a bulletin board displaying images of their photo cakes. The manager didn’t want to speak to me however eventually she called me and admitted the printer had been broken for days. This story is too long to include every detail, but ultimately they lied to me and made a false promise. All they had to do was tell me the truth so I could make arrangements for a cake for my daughter somewhere else. It’s unforgivable. We are in the middle of a pandemic, my daughter hasn’t been able to see grandparents, etc. in more than a year. We couldn’t have a party with friends and for that reason we just wanted to make her birthday special. For the record, the cake was terrible - almost inedible. My daughter loves Menchies cakes, but after one bite wouldn’t touch it. I understand why. I can’t believe we paid for such a mess. My husband didn’t get home until 11 pm the night before my daughter’s birthday after going back and asking if anything could be done to fix the cake. It created tremendous stress, because we had no alternative. They could have warned us. I had been so sad about my daughter not being able to celebrate her birthday with family and friends. This was supposed to be one of the few things I could do to make her day special and they ruined it. I’m beyond disheartened by their dishonesty.
