The girl working there barely understood English and was pretty rude. She then proceeded to scoop the saddest ice cream cone I've ever seen. A half scoop placed directly on the top of the cone and then handed it to me. No ice cream within the cone at all. For $6 that's unacceptable. Won't ever go back.
Horrible horrible place for work practice, the owner is so cheap that they only put 1 employee to work at the busiest times. The line ups are so long which could be avoided by having 2 employees. I have a 5 year old son which likes popcorn but there is always crying experience with lots of kids at this place becouse of the long lines. Multiple people end up leaving the line up before purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE.
It was impossible to reason with them. All I wanted was fresh hot popcorn and clerk turned it down saying it's the store policy. It's a food shop that doesn't want to serve fresh food.
I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS but I HATE the one at This location!!! They NEVER can make anything ice vream related. No shakes NO BLASTS no sundaes ...This is the 6th time I have travelled to this mall to get Baskin Robbins and yet again they Cant do Blasts. They never even say sorry or even explain why. This is the most frustrating. Maybe they should let customers know that it is not available like everything else on the menu. As seen in photo
Workers denied us milkshakes after waiting in line for 15 minutes saying they don’t make milkshakes an hour before closing , what a joke!!! Never going back to this location the staff are lazy and also rude !!!!

Bought ice cream as a treat for my toddler and a little snack bag of popcorn for myself. A minute into my daughter enjoying her ice cream she dropped her spoon. I went and asked for another for her and they wouldn’t give her one without a 25 cent payment. Seriously she’s a toddler and I just paid you $8. You want me to make a debit payment for 25cents?? No mercy or customer service. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I get times are tough but really. Hope a 25cent spoon was worth loosing a family of customers. I’ll bring her to Purdys next time.
One of the most horrible places ever! I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was like chocolate ordering milk for $8. Before she made it, I had asked her for just a little milk instead of the usual so that it would come out a little bit thicker. I spoke with the manager and all she do it apologize and never offered to remake it. Instead she felt entitled to tell me how to have my milkshakesa and that I should have them the way they make them. I guess they're just too cheap with their ice cream and would rather charge me. I returned the milkshake it with no refund. End of story never coming back when McDonald's, burger king and all the other fast food places make better ones! Baskins Robbins get better management here. I've worked at my job for about 15 years and I've never let down a customer like this.
Really bad experience. Ordered a double scoop on a cone. The top scoop almost falls off and I asked for a cup so I can have something to work with. The staff said no and said I need to pay for a paper cup. What a cheap company. Went to starbucks right across and they give u a cup without a question.
