staff is friendly, but the product is more like frozen sugar than frozen yogurt
I came here Thursday night and it was BUSY, I felt so bad there was only 1 person working and he was HUSTLING to accommodate the huge walk in line, making delivery orders, and trying to change the yogurt machines when they ran out. 5 stars to the employee, 1 star for the establishment for having such unrealistic staffing ratios
They should be ashamed of themselves and how they sent me order. All the sides that I order was spilled into my frozen yogurt, so when delivery guy came here he gave me a soup. Are you insane to spill chocolate and strawberry syrup in frozen yogurt and putt oreo and everything in same bowl??? I got soup that I couldn't eat!!! You just lost regular customer!!!
This place is so unclean, the washroom hasn’t been cleaned in what seems to be months, all around yoghurt machine and toppings dirty too. Menchies used to care.

Beautiful spot for having some frozen yogurt alone or in a group of friends. The staff were amiable and helpful, and the quality of the frozen yogurt was good.
No AC in a frozen yogurt stop in august. Prices are high and the froyo is around average.
In Vancouver, don't blame everything. Enjoy what you can get here. This is a decent place to enjoy frozen yogurt in Van. The location is convenient as well.
Guy working there is so friendly! Noticed I was having trouble getting one of the flavours to work and fixed it immediately without me asking. I love that they’ve got covid measures in place, provided gloves when we came in and put all the toppings in little disposable containers. Plenty of delicious flavours and toppings to choose from as with every menchie’s. Glad to see it hasn’t changed!
