Very disappointed by the second experienceI gave 5 stars for my previous experiencesee review below, and this time 3 for the cleaning and 0 for the customer service.  As photos show bathtub stains were not removed, dust under the bed frame, sofa, and carpets was not cleaned, and the stove plate was not cleared. Not sure if it's too much for us to expect these things taken care of. However, these areas except the living room part were well cleaned for the first time.  The team of 3 this time arrived around 10:18 am booked for 10 am and left at 11:03 am in a rush. We didn’t have a chance to check the job, say bye to them nor did they provide us with a paper report like last time indicating what areas were cleaned and team name. This team was different from the team last time and their work quality was far from the last team.  We reached out to customer service about it. They came back quickly about the 30-minute arrival window to account for any traffic delays, as well as the total cleaning time 3ppl*45min more than 2ppl*60min as we booked. We were okay with the explanation, though they suggested we book longer sessions if we found it not enough. Why should we book longer sessions if we were expecting the same service with the same team as the first time?  As for the cleaning quality issue, they asked us to send pictures over. Unfortunately, no more replies after we sent the pictures over. We doubt how they market themselves "If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean on us. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money." We did not get our place re-cleaned or refunded. Very disappointed and do not recommend if they continue their service like this.  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maria’s team of 2 did a great job cleaning our place. We have a small apartment and thus they planned an hour of work. During their stay, they made our place “new”! Bathroom and kitchen were the focus, and these two rooms turned out beautiful. No more greasy stove or ventilation fan in the kitchen! All the stainless appliances are sparkling. This is definitely a stream of peace and happiness! Tough corners in the bathroom were also well treated. Bedroom cleaning was very efficient, nice bedding+no dust under the bed.Though they ran short of time and needed to rush to finish the living room, they actually spent 1.5hrs for the whole session, making sure most places were cleaned. Overall, we are very happy with the service.Services:&nbsp;General housekeeping

Wow! What a spectacular job done on our home. Once we moved in we decided that we needed the house cleaned entirely from top to bottom. I came across memorable maids and booked very easily online. It was painless to book and all questions or concerns are covered on their website. The maids showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I dont think they missed a single inch.  Will definitely use in the near future. Thank you!

I found Memorable Maids through Google when I was searching for a home cleaning service near me and I'm so glad I did! Melody and Katherine did such an amazing job cleaning our home and it feels so fresh and calming now. I highly recommend them if you are searching for cleaners who are detailed and professional.
