I decided to use them based on their positive reviews but my experience was quite the opposite. Paid for the Move out - Move In cleaning service and after being charged for an additional 3.5 hours for a total of 6.5 hours, they missed many areas. Called they said they needed another hour the next day to finish, ended charging another 2 hours. When my tenant moved in, commented that they only cleaned surfaces and missed things such the bottom side of the toilet seats and dusting on top of cabinets. Expected more after spending $644 before tips.

If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. A cleaning staff arrived on a Saturday. They arrived early and spent two hours thoroughly cleaning my home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were all entirely cleaned. The Fresh One services are excellent, and I will definitely continue to use them. Again, thank you for the excellent work.
