The two workers did a great job! I had no problem presenting to my landlord the unit after I moved out. Got my full deposit back with no complaints whatsoever about the state of cleanliness. He even asked if I "ever cooked"! And I can point out I do cook a lot and the night before there was a thick layer of grease I couldn't scratch let alone use regular soap for. That said, I was in the suite during the cleaning, and the door and window were open, but even then, the odours were calm, not intense or chemical. Overall, great job and worth the money spent.
He was always does an amazing job! She is thorough, efficient, professional, and so kind. She even loves on our puppy, and our puppy looks forward to seeing her every time she comes to clean! Our house smells, looks, and feels great after he comes by. Will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family.
He was amazing.He is very courteous and a very hard worker even with the mess of a kitten. The house feels like it has a just moved in fresh smell. She got every nook and cranny on the deep clean and areas I wasn’t even expecting! I feel inspired to even organize other areas!! We are so happy with our service. 100/10.I highly recommend.
Had a great experience with KIREI Cleaning Service, found them to be highly responsive and efficient. On the day they were on time, extremely thorough and the property was spotless. Needless to say we got our full deposit back. Thanks KIREI Cleaning Service and would highly recommend!
I have used Kirei a couple of times and for the most part they've done an ok-good job. Recently asked them to do a move in clean and this was done but quite poorly. I've Included photos of the "cleaning". For 700 bucks plus I'd have expected a better job. Even the carpets they were supposed to clean weren't done well. Super dissapointed I tried politely reaching out to Julio and the team via text. They were super quick to reply for when they wanted to get paid but it's been a few days and still haven't heard back from them. I find this type of customer interaction quite telling as to their priorities. Photos below. Only because people can get busy I'll edit this if they ever get back to me
We have a new baby and have been using KIREI Cleaning Service for a bit. We have a lot of baby related clutter and despite that, Team did an amazing job on our place this morning. Looks as good as it's ever been. Great work!
