We came here to check out before the new one in Parkhill opens! I was amazed! We had the best staff! Shout out to Queenie and Nick! They were beyond great! The food was to die for, huge portions and a Great price! We will be back!

We just ordered from here from the first and last time. They forgot to give the three milkshakes to the driver along with our food order. The food portions are very small. Attached is a picture of the poutine I ordered, the pop can is for size reference, and the container is only half full of french fries. When I called to complain about not getting our milkshakes they told me I was going to have to order something else in order to get the driver to bring me back my milkshakes that were sitting on their counter made. The Philly cheesecake sandwich was nothing like a good Philly cheesesteak. Do not recommend this restaurant.

This place is hit or miss at best. It's gotten more expensive with worse quality over the last couple years.  Last order was way overcooked, inedible tots with random leftovers, "classic" sandwiches were dry as the desert.  Total waste of money.  Done with this place.

I love grilled cheese and I love fries but this place was meh. Nothing special at all. Frozen French fries with zero seasoning or salt. Ketchup packets for the fries and the sandwich. I saw this place in Calgary but didn’t make it. When I saw one here locally in Ontario I was excited. A little disappointed, just another mediocre franchise in a sea of franchises. Place was empty at 6 pm on a Friday night. I guess that was my sign. The food was as thoughtful as the generic response to reviews.

Had high hopes but it sucked. When i received my order half of it was missing. I literally paid 65$ for a sandwich and 3 tenders with fries. Nothing else i ordered came. Food was poorly put together. I work in a kitchen and we never send out orders like that. Everything was soggy bread for the sandwich was not even toasted. Save yourself a buck or two and don't come here ever :

Friendly service, good vegan and vegetarian options, tasty food.  I definitely recommend trying it out service and food A+. Talking to friendly guy working there and got news that they'll be serving reasonably priced liquor soon which is a bonus.  Will be definitely be going back, want to try more menu items the classic melt i had with jalapenos tomato and onions was on point.

We ordered two different burgers and the macaroni and cheese. Everything tasted like it was from frozen. Pretty disappointing and not worth the money spent.

The food was good. I tried mushroom grcheese and it was delicious. The people work there were friendly and enthusiastic. The place is clean and definitely worth a visit. Nothing can go wrong when cheese is involved.

Milkshakes were pretty decent! I didn’t try any of the food - my visit was specifically for dessert so take this for what it is. I’d say the Milkshakes were about 4/5. The reason for the 3/5 rating was the music choice and volume. It was awkwardly loud. I don’t mind loud music, but my wife and I were laughing because it was hard to talk over the window-rattling, old-school, uncensored, 50 Cent. It was a little much lol. I’ll be back tho, cause I’d love to try the food - it looks pretty legit - I’ll maybe just take it to go.

Definitely something you should eat in - the box lined in wax creates condensation so the sandwich packed in that was soggy and the sandwich that was wrapped in foil lined with paper was melted to the paper so unfortunately not off to a great start. Would recommend exploring different takeout packaging. Food was ok but would have expected more based on prices.
