This is my second time coming but this time I brought my dad to share this wonderful experience. Simply a wonderful chicken sandwich that all ingredients wonderfully pair one another. Service is quick and everything is made to order which makes the chicken juicy and crunchy. Will definitely come back to try the Mac and cheese and strips. Update: I had given the Buffalo mac n cheese with chicken a try. Sadly, the mac n cheese was just under room temperature. The chicken itself was perfect as it always is. Very creamy dish which was yummy. Overall, just felt like it could use more buffalo sauce and some flavour.

WOW. Can't believe I had never been here before! The sandwich was huge and cooked to perfection. Still moist, crispy flaky crust... and the mac and cheese was great also. Not cheap but amazing quality and taste. Worth it!

Food 5/5: Got the honey popper and the buffalo Mac fries. Both were phenomenal. Chicken was crispy and the sweetness of the honey was a nice touch. Service 4.5/5: Staff were nice. Service can be a tad slow sometimes but it’s probably because the chicken is cooked to order. Value 4/5: Good value since the proportions are quite large. Would recommend.

I’m not usually a fan of big sandwiches that don’t fit in my mouth, but this one…I had no choice but to become a fan of this one only and exclusively. Yes! The chicken is fresh, breading is delicious and the taste is absolutely unique. A must try! The coleslaw is so good and you can easily tell that it’s made from high quality fresh ingredients. Care was put into this recipe! It’s obvious from the look, let alone the taste. The pickles in the sandwich did not obnoxiously stand out like in other restaurants! It blended perfectly with the taste of the chicken, coleslaw and bun…each stood out and made a party in my mouth. BTRMLK is highly recommended if you’re considering it! It is worth the price if that’s what you’re wondering! It’s an absolute hit and I’m glad they chose to open in London.

Wow what a memorable lunch, was so happy to have tried this new place. Absolutely unbelievable chicken sandwich, can't recommend this place enough. Personally had the original Nashville hot sandwich and I swear it was literally to die for.

Ordered the original sandwich and the Nashville hot without disappointment. Definitely didn’t need the fries, though they were good, as the sandwiches are big enough. Will have to try the loaded fries next time the wallet is thick.

I ordered Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was okay. The chicken breast was quite big for the bun and I guess that’s why I didn’t enjoy it. I had to separate it and cut it up into strips to enjoy it. Taste wise, it was okay as well. I dunno, I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would. Edit: Because, someone might misunderstand it This is just FYI, it's not a good thing or a bad thing. You might have to wait for up to 15 mins get your order. Also there’s no dine-in option.

After trying a hot chicken joint in Toronto recently, I was excited to try this local favourite. My wife and I stopped into BTRMLK for lunch today and I can see what all of the fuss is about. There was a lineup when we got there and a line up when we left. What we ordered: 2 x sandwich combos - 1 Nashville and 1 Original. Sides : Mac & Cheese and Wedges What we liked: Menu - a variety of items. Everything sounds good and the menu is simplified. They are not trying to be good at everything, just the right things. Quality - quality ingredients and lots of them. Service - the owners and staff were kind, attentive and polite. Mac & Cheese - my wife said it was the best she’s had in a long time. Ok so why only 4 ‘s: Wedges - they just weren’t hitting the mark and quality of the rest of the meal. Also, they don’t travel well but most fries don’t. Greasy - this only applies to the Nashville chicken because the original wasn’t greasy at all. Other observations included that the breading separated from the chicken and my wife said the sandwich was difficult to eat. Overall, I would definitely return and I suggest you check out BTRMLK and support this amazing local business!!

The original burger was good. The chicken was crispy and juicy but not oily. Big portions. The bun was soft and the coleslaw helped cut the richness of it all. Good amount of aioli/sauce. I liked it.Recommended dishesClassic Fried Chicken Sandwich

Absolutely fantastic chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and fries. Everything about this spot is excellent, and its a place I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation. Let's start with the sandwich. The chicken in there is massive, well-seasoned, and perfectly hits the spot. Top it with fresh veggies, sauce, and excellent bread and you have yourself a winner. The sandwich alone is hefty enough for you to finish and be satisfied, but there was no chance I would visit and not try some of the sides. The mac and cheese may be some of the best I've ever had, and it's really all because of the cheese sauce. It's silky smooth and insanely tasty. If you really like your mac and cheese, do yourself a favour and top it with some of their fried chicken and you'll have an excellent meal. Finally, the fries aren't the star of the show, but they're good too. They have a few options for fries, so just pick whichever you think sounds the best for you, and I'm sure you will enjoy it.
