I patiently waited 20-25mins to speak to them. They were too busy for me and rude, just looked at me. I'm not sure why I waited so long.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TO BE RIPPED OFF! Went here to get car fixed and they wanted to charge 50 dollars for a part they said we ruined due to "driving over curbs" as if you just take a car cruising over curbs. Make up "problems" to get more money... yes, unfortunately its THAT kind of an auto shop. Also dealing with people who lack customer service skills, and professionalism as you will tell with such name tags stating name as "old fart" on Manager. Coming from a chain company and a company new to the town, you would THINK they would want to secure a good customer base consider there are numerous competing auto shops near by.

After reading your review, I thought I would just let you and others that may have had a bad experience at the Meineke in Orangeville know, that there are now new owners and staff, and the service is terrific, they are honest, and they showed me the work they recommended for me, and they also showed me a small repair I will need soon....not right now. They told me it could wait. I would definitely recommend them. You might want to give them another try.
