C-Line Collision Centre

If this is the places AVIVA will recommend their clients to visit for accident repairs, then I don't see the company value anymore. I wonder how you guys rate your appraisal body job places. Just read what the reviews say about C-LINE in Orangeville. I went through the same experience today with them and I regretted sending my BMW there. They are crooks. I thank God I knew a lot about cars because what they did to my car not everyone can and will see. I am looking forward to Aviva second appraisal member to come and look at the bad job they did to my BMW. This job should only takes 3 hours maximum to do but they said they spend 10.5 hours on it which is a big lie. They told me they are putting after market bumper there but they didn't do that. I should have take my car to professional body job place not people like C-LINE that they don't know what they are doing there. I even have to tell them to put all the screws into the bumpers while my car is on that I was leaving because they were not paying attention details. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS PEOPLE. C-LINCE COLLISION IS A DISASTROUS TO CARS.

Work was done on time and they held to their verbal estimate in body work. Recommended!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP !!! 1 star SHOULDN'T even be acceptable. Staff is unprofessional, and isn't willing to work with the customer to fix the issues. I took my car to these guys after my accident , and they called me multiple times to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, my car looked worse than it did before the accident. After 3 attempts at "fixing" my car , I ended up picking up my car to take to another shop. All the work that was completed now has to be re-done as C-line never did the job correctly the first time. Just want people out there to know what kind of business they run at C-line Collision in Orangeville.

I had faith that C-line could restore my car back to looking brand new after the accident. After the work they did, i lost hope. My car needs Jesus. Terrible job. Terrible Staff. Terrible body shop. 1/10 stars.

Cheater. liar and betrayal. im not talking about my ex-girlfreind. C-line Body shop is a disgrace to the atlantic collision groups name and shouldn't be associated with ACG in my opinion. Their work is unprofessional and the staff are even more so. After my experience i would not even get a microwave painted here let alone let them near my car again. Google is too generous to make the minimum a 1 star because these guys here are 0 star champions of 2016. If you want your car to be fixed by an untrained eye. This is the place for you. If you actually care about your car. Go to the nearest McDonalds. The staff there can do a better job fixing your car. Overall my experience was a complete nightmare. My car looks worst coming out than going in. After a month of them "fixing" my car, the insurance company has finally pulled the car out of c-line and sent it to a real shop.
