It was a pleasure to do business with these folks because they were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and they know what customer service is about. This was my very first visit to Green Tree but it certainly won't be my last. They fixed the issue with my van and pointed out along with a detailed printed list of what I would need to have done in the near future. I was very impressed with the service I received!!!! My next visit will be for winter tires and rims at a great price. Thank you to the whole Green Tree team for making my visit so pleasant today!!!!!Service: Exhaust
Service is friendly and mechanical expertise seems adequate. But they are guilty of finding every way possible of getting money from you. When I take my car in they look over everything then tell you that next to everything needs to be fixed and make it seem urgent, even if it is not. These hard pressure sales tactics prey on those who know little of a cars mechanical needs.
Booked a safety for my sons car and they were able to schedule me for the date I needed. Receptionist was fantastic explained every detail. Service was fast and professional, would highly recommend.

I used Green Tree Auto Repair for the first time to repair my cars air conditioner. They diagnosed the problem along with a complimentary vehicle inspection. They provided a photo of the part that needed to be replaced and provided a quote to replace the defective part and complete the repair. I was totally impressed with their professionalism and turnaround time.Service: Air conditioning
Although the staff was friendly and professional, they were unable to correct a check engine light which was caused by one of their techs. They promised to have the tech who did the work fix the problem, but after several calls inquiring as to when this was going to be dealt with, I finally gave up on them. I now permanently have a vehicle that has a non-functional remote start as long as check engine light is on, this function will not work.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
I had my 2021 Ford Mustang service at Green Tree Auto Care Napa Autopro. The staff their are very friendly and knowledgeable, Green Tree provides a Complimentary bumper to bumper inspection, with photos when you have your vehicle serviced here. Thank you very much Eric and Gillian. Ted
This was my first visit here ever, was recommended by a friend... As a small business owner myself, I have to say I'm more than impressed. First off the friendliness of staff is top notch... you feel welcome moment you walk through the door, not intimidated as in what its feels like at the big dealerships!!! Then there's the attention to details... over all I find then helpful, "NOT" pushy trying to sell you services you don't need, and finally the follow up they do after the service is exceptional, right to the point of their detailed service inspection of your car, including pictures of areas of concern - future maintenance needs to be addressed. I rated them a 10 +, and they will be getting my service work in the future!!!
