I don't know why they advertise that they have wifi onboard when they don't. Also the bus was so hot and we all had to wear masks! It was so hard to breathe

Took the bus to Niagara Falls. It was faster than the Go train/ bus by a considerable margin for about the same price.

Great for making trips from the city to Southern Ontario. Comfortable bus ride when you need it.

August 18, 2020 12:30pm a guy on duty at the station is so friendly. Guide us to the proper waiting line. While waiting for bus, he give us tips to locate best spot at niagara falls closer to the last bus stop.

Lots of social distance between customers! They have adapted pretty well.

If I could give a review in the minus I would. No wifi was tolerable even though they advertise it everywhere! The driver was ignorant, mean to passengers and drove wrecklessly. I would ride camelback through the Sahara before using this company again.
