Unfortunately it is extremely expensive. Price gouging because if you try and get any of these items from a more authentic source, they would be a fraction of the price.  The shop is cute and it carries nice items but it's not worth purchasing. The staff were also dismissive. He told us the items come from tunisia, egypt, turkey, and a few other countries so it is not country specific.

Beautiful shop and wonderful service! We bought a lamp and noticed a piece missing from the globe when we got home. Went back later and he let us exchange for another one and was very helpful the while. Very impressed!

I've wanted to go here for so long and wow. Worth the visit. The products in here are good quality and magnificent. I made a purchase and found a flaw in what I had bought after having brought it home already. I brought it back a couple days later and it was exchanged without a problem. Friendly staff and good service. I would buy something from here again.

It’s a very beautiful shop that has awesome North African decorations. The collection is enormous and full of colours and beauty. If you are looking for something special to decorate your place this is the shop you should look into.

Bought 2 pieces of clothing and very pleased with the quality. Merchant was kind and respectful, not aggressive in his sales strategy and open to negotiation. They have a lot of magnificent traditional Arabic/North African items and it's a pleasure to just take a look.

This is the third time that I have bought decorative items for my home, it is truly a concept store with excellent choices that reveals various handcrafted creations. The boutique offers its visitors decorative objects resulting from a craft industry combining ancestral know-how with contemporary trends. It’s rare in Canada that we find a business that offers us choices like this. I recommend decorators and designers to visit this store, it is really inspiring.

A very interesting collection, the owner is super flexible and friendly. Also, customer service is very prompt and responsive emails, phones.  When the delivery knew the delayed shipment is a birthday gift. He offered to meet and give me another copy so I can give it to my friend on time and return the delayed order whenever it arrives.

Medina Palais is always so much fun to visit, your eyes wont know where to look as the store is filled to the brim with beautiful ornate pieces. I bought the most beautiful hanging light here. The owner was very friendly and immensely helpful. I just know I'm going to cherish this handmade piece of art for years to come !! Thank you so much :

Beautiful store in the heart of the Plateau Mt-Royal, full of eye-candy and a kind, knowledgeable owner. I bought two lovely colourful hanging lights and they tons of warmth to my dinning room. Thanks again, Tarek!
