Restaurant Platana

I went here once, and I know that whenever I am in Montreal, I will be back. The food was very flavourful, well cooked and plated with care. I had the tofu skewers with alloco and attieke. Very good value for money and I recommend coming here. I can still taste the food by just thinking about it, lol.Food: 5/5

Impeccable service! The vibe was welcoming and chill. Nice music, tasty food very generous portionsand above all a great customer experience given by our hostess. She was friendly and made us feel "at home". Will definitely recommend to others and be back to try the other vegan options.

I have been craving some good plantains for so long and am so excited I finally found some delicious ones! Very happy with all the unique vegan dishes and the staff is very friendly. Great juice and hot sauce!

Big portion plats. Had a great experience.

I had a great experience dining here for the first time trying west African cuisine. There is a huge variety to choose from off the menu. My favourite was the beef curry with futu and the grilled fish with manioc. The meals were so good, you could tell they felt like I was dining locally at someone’s home. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Great find to explore African cuisine !

Saw their add on social media and decided to give it a try. Being from Senegalese descent, I must say that I was quite disappointed by both the taste and the size considering the plate of " vegan" Tchiep was so tiny for what they are charging. You be the judge by the pic attached.

OMG! We loved the vegan plates with tofu and all three different flavour sauces we ordered. The spicy pepper sauce was amazing too. I’m ordering again when I visit Montreal next. The waitress was also amazing and gave my sister and I tasty juice samplers while we waited for our take out.

Great customer service, amazing food taste and handling. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more.
