Complete Eyecare

First of all this office is not even there anymore so you should be updating your website , very unprofessional establishment my daughter had a follow up appointment booked for July 18th and as I drove by a week before appointment I noticed they were not even there! No one ever called to let me know this office wouldn't be open or to rebook to other location nothing!! This comes as no surprise to me , as a previous bad experience here had me not wanting to bring my daughter back here anyway. I order glasses from here for my daughter when it came time to pick them up I was given the run around from the different receptionists , then they actually told me a man came to pick them up gave my daughters name and everything which is impossible!! They asked me multiple times to make sure no one came to pick them up which they didn't I know this because I am the sole caregiver of my daughter and there is no one who could of picked them up. Eventually they agreed to make her new glasses. Horrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

I have been a patient of Dr. Jani's since I was a child and she is the greatest doctor any patient could ask for. She takes her time and treats every one of her patients like family. Her office has every type of frame for all budgets and even when I pick an expensive frame she works with me to give me the best price possible. Haven't gone to any other place since she opened her Mississauga Offices and don't plan to.
