Consistently great food and more types of sausage than I would know what to do with. The Texas BBQ beef on a bun is one of the best sandwiches money can buy. The staff are friendly and the prices are great. I would strongly recommend not driving by this place.

Love having the shop in Kensington.  Prices are excellent and product superb. We have tried the chicken, turkey breast, steak, and roast beef--all taste great. Like that I don't have to repackage for the freezer. This is out meat shop of choice.

Just tried their new Kensington (Calgary) location. Wow, that's some good sausage. We enjoyed their spicy Italian sausage and are looking forward to going back and trying some of their other meats.
