Fantastic service! Craig went out of his way to help me out. Had a tough to find part and he made it happen. Craig went out of his way to communicate what was happening and the timeline that was expected. This was the first time I have even been in this dealership and used the mechanic and sales department. Very impressed with the service I received. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely ridiculously amazing service! I came in hot with a truck problem don't live locally on a stormy November winter day read they're busy... Nicole lady with white touque had a great sense of humour and very knowledgeable and helpful. They got my truck in promptly and diagnosed the problem. Initially thought it might have to be an overnight for parts etc. But Nope... They did some magic and were able to get it in that afternoon. And took the time to source aftermarket parts to reduce the cost of the repair. If they were a restaurant their food would be delicious I'm certain! But they're a service department and their service is LEGIT 5 stars!

I can't say enough positive things about Legacy Dodge Claresholm. My car was in the shop and turned out that its repairs were going to cost more than the car was worth, so we decided to look into a newer used car. My boyfriend and I went to test-drive a car and ended up spending 3ish hours at Legacy Dodge and test drove 2 cars. Gary was beyond helpful and even offered to help me sell my old car if I wasn't able to, and Allan was amazing during the finalizing of our purchase. He was honest and didn't try to push things on us that we didn't need. The entire process was easy and they made us feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. In the future I will go out of my way to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because of the positive experience we had there. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was well worth the drive, everything went flawless. The staff exceeded my expectations going above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of.

Car was dirty when I picked it up, salesman did not know vehicle and mis lead my mom and was missing options. Had to haggle over basic equipment and didn’t even fill up the vehicle for her. Buyer beware at this place.
