Staff and Dr always do great work and very pleasant to be around.

The office is very clean and nice. The doctor and nurses are good, some can be a little chatty. Receptionists are friendly. My issues, which is why there is 3 stars is the waiting time and cost. A cleaning is almost double than other dentists in this area. I pay out of pocket. I also went in for them to replace a filing that fell out. After they cleaned my teeth and confirmed what I already knew, they said i had to come in on another day to have the filling done. I already took a day off and now had to pay twice. I had to reschedule my kids appointments due to me having a medical issue that required surgery. 6 months!! I was told the soonest they would be seen would be 6 months! And it wasn't just one time. I've had to reschedule before and waited the six months. After the 2nd time I was done and found a dentist that took us within 3 weeks. Things come up and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled but, 6 months is a ridiculous amount of wait time.

I have been going here for over 15 years, the staff are very friendly and they take great care of their patients. I had some fillings done and am very afraid of needles but they did a great job and did so without much discomfort. Highly reccommend!

I enjoy how friendly everyone is at Dr. Haeck's office! They always make me feel welcome and I look forward to seeing them at my appointments!
