If I could give NO Stars I would!! Worse Dental office ever. They use the same dental instruments from patient to patient. They over charge for dental issues that do not exist. They never cleaned my teeth proper. A dental hygienist acted in place of the licence dentist. They lied to the Insurance company of doing procedures, which was not done. Poked the gums to make them bleed and say you have Gingivitis. Then turn about and said that they scored it wrong and it was only one side that had Gingivitis. They are Scammers.and they are very good at leaving sit for over an hour when no one else was in the patient rooms. Very dirty place in the examining rooms and x ray area. They are fake and scam their Patients.

I had broken my bottom denture that they had made me 2 years ago and was able to get me in the next day and repaired it in under an hour. Awesome people I would recommend highly.

Everyone was great, from the moment I walked in till the last vist. I would and did recommend them. Thanks for giving me back my smile.

The doctor and staff were excellent,but when they did the consultation worksheet they used an estimated insurance benefit.Since they were talking to my insurance company I would think they would know what it payed.Did not appreciate another bill after I thought I paid in full.

I've been to this office twice; once for the intake and initial evaluation a week ago, and today. The staff seems fine, there was no wait time, the office seems clean enough. As a patient, however, I felt like an inanimate object on an assembly line after I got into the dentist's chair. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review is due to Dr. Brijesh Patel who, on both occasions, was rude, hurtful, dismissive, and acted like a robot instead of a human being when I asked him anything. I was left both days feeling like he didn't care at all about how I felt as a patient. Today, after I received the (painful) injection of numbing agent, he left the office to give the medicine time to work, and I had time to decide that this man was definitely not going to do any work in my mouth. He hurt me, and he did not care in the least. I removed the paper napkin from around my neck and walked out. There are plenty of caring, communicative and superior dentists in the area to choose from, and this Aspen Dental office, with this particular dentist, is definitely not one of them.
