I do not know... You cannot call them. They just transferred me from one number to another each time I called; they have but two numbers and they might answer one, and then instruct me to call the other which would not be answered. Funny that an insurance company would try to avoid a claim LOL . I told the agent who sold me the policy to stop selling such insurance. She went into furious action and now I am dealing with the parent company, Assurant. They are good. MDA, never ever again!!!
