Berk Bilgen has been in the insurance industry since the late 80s after finishing his university education as a science major. He started with Allstate, one of the largest direct writers of insurance. He ran his own top rated Canadian agency until late 2008.
Inspiration moved Berk and Heather into starting their own brokerage in 2009, and since then their brokerage has grown to over 20 employees and today is one of the fastest growing brokerages in Canada.
