I agree with most other reviews that the customer service has gone downhill. I was with Dyberg for years and my insurance kept going up with no claims or tickets. After 10 years with Dyberg I found more comprehensive insurance for 40% less. I was shocked to find I was being charged so much. My advice is to shop around.

I have been with Dyberg for over 10 years.  I have had 2 cars in that time and and multiple changes to my property insurance. Their service has been exceptional.

I explained my insurance needs. After 15 minutes, I was told that "I do not listen". Btw, I am a retired professional. The lady I spoke to lifted herself out of her chair confrontational as she judged my listening skills. I am now convinced that this office has zero customer service skills.  So sad in this day and age.

The most professional & personal service you can ever get ! As a very picky Customer with many insurance and service needs, after 12 years I am recommending Dyberg Insurance to anyone I know.

Customer service went down hill.
