Dont realy care about you, but will tollerate you because you have money. Just dont expect any care or knowledge. We ended up calling another company to get it done right, 4 months later. their guy said we were lucky they they even came. He did a 1/2 A$$ job and ran. Will not use again

What a wonderfull company.I had a sudden septic tank occlusion at 2 pm Friday Mar 24.The quickest a scheduled appointment could be made was for Monday.When I explained the situation the dispatcher contacted one of their drivers Mark  who agreed to take another truck out after his day was done.Mark arrived around 5 pm and problem solved.I learned everything I think there is to know about septic tanks.Mark was a blast.
 If there were a 10 star rating I would give them and Mark a solid 10 WHAT A GREAT COMPANY
