Concept plumbing had fabulous customer service. They attended to our problem swiftly and efficiently. They followed up to be sure that the job was completed and ensured us that they would come back if we weren't satisfied. I would highly recommend them for all plumbing problems and/or installations.

One of the best service companies we have ever dealt with. We called with a non-emergency issue and were told the plumber would be out the next day. He arrived exactly on time, was so very pleasant and had a new garbage disposer installed within minutes, Loren was incredibly polite, professional and is truly an asset to this company. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to contact Concept again!
