Plumbing Abbotsford

I set-up an appointment for this company to come to my house for an easy repair. I took time off work so I could be home for the appointment. They never showed up. I phoned and left a message asking if they planned to come out and never heard back.

Irresponsible Threatening Argumentative Unapologetic My experience with this company was not as a customer but as a potential employee. I contacted this company and they expressed interest in interviewing and employing me due to my experience. I am a plumber at the top of my field with experience and customer service abilities. Over 20 years experience. Besides that I'm a single full-time father of a 2 year old child. Our initial appointment was canceled for what seemed to be reasonable reasons they asked to reschedule for the next day. I made it clear to the manager/owner the cost that would be occurred for me to come in on a weekend. (Babysitter) he reassured me and set up an appointment. I waited around for well over 4 hours with no communication whatsoever left numerous messages. When I gave up I voiced my concern with the situation and my displeasure in a very polite manner. The next day the owner called me in regards to my complaint, he skirted responsibility throughout the whole conversation ,trying to place the blame for the situation on me. As well tried to take control of the conversation by being threatening then tried to get upset with me for voicing my displeasure with his behavior. The arrogance,lol. From my experience when the management of a company behaves in such a unprofessional manner . The customers are generally being treated the same way ,either being ripped off or paying for a lower quality of work. I am an advocate for smaller local companies it doesn't benefit anyone especially the customer by purchasing labor from a large name brand company. I am a firm believer of going local. That is why I was so surprised by the behavior of this company generally speaking smaller companies have a very high quality of professionalism but apparently that rule does not apply with Total Quality Service Plumbing
