Every time I deliver coaches here the staff is friendly and welcoming. The showroom is a refreshing place to rest before heading back to the USA.

I recently bought a small tent trailer from McPhail's. I got treated with the same service as if I was buying an expensive fifth wheel. Their certification process and walk through service make you feel confident in what you are buying. I had a furnace installed prior to pickup and the workmanship was amazing. A true 5 stars for Lisa (sales), Phil (service) and Phillip (technician). We are so happy with our purchase and the superior service we received at McPhail's of Harriston. Worth the drive from Toronto.

Excellent customer service. The selection is incredible and the prices are fair. I highly recommend  McPhails

Great service, fair price. You may have to wait a bit as they can be very busy. Nice selection of trailers but I haven't bought one from there. Decent parts and accessories store.
