About 3 years ago we replaced our old fridge with a new one from McIntrye TV & Appliances. The fridge worked ok during our season at the lake but we noticed some extra condensation around the freezer door. By the time we were sure this was an issue we closed the cottage for the winter.nnLast spring we restarted everything but during the first 3 weeks of back and forth we realized that our freezer was not working properly and food was thawing and refreezing. When we put a call in to McIntyre’s they got out right away to check because they noticed we had two weeks left on our warranty!!!!nnLong and short of all this... they found the problem Freon Leak and recommended replacing the fridge, went to bat for us with the manufacturers, came and took the old dead fridge away and brought us a “loaner” , while we waited for the manufacturere’s bureaucracy to grind it all out, got new fridge shipped in, brought it to us, took away the loaner and brought in new fridge and set it up.nnThis was not simple as these fridges had to go up or down 3 steps on our deck and over the doorstep every time. As a bonus we eventually discovered that some of the issues we were experiencing in the past had to do with the fridge being in an unheated space for three seasons and this wonderful man knew about a retro fit for fridges in garages and cottages. It is working perfectly.nnAn amazing degree of customer service and we would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!

Made an appointment to have washing machine looked at, explained to them that it was holding water and not pumping out. I was given a date and time a week later. I wouldn’t be able to be there, but my adult daughter would. Service guy arrives and looks at the machine and says, “it has water in it.” At that point, without saying anything else and walks out of the house and drives away. My daughter called me and explained what happened, so I call them myself and ask “what’s going on? Why did the service man leave without doing or saying anything?”nAt this point the receptionist puts the service man on the phone and he says; “Lately, I’ve had a lot of clients who have not paid, and it looked like your daughter wasn’t going to pay and that there was water in the machine.” I told him, “that’s why I called in the first place to come out.” He told me, “he would charge me a half hour to pump out the water.” I said, “that’s fine, I left all my billing information with the receptionist before he went out, I could have prepaid if not getting money was an issue - rather than assuming we wouldn’t pay based on your past experience/situations.”nFinally, he said, ”he would go back but wanted my daughter to scoop the water out with a cup beforehand.” I said, “No, she’s not doing that, that’s why I’m attempting to hire you.” At this point he said, “he wasn’t interested in doing the job.” Horrible communication, terrible customer service, absolutely shocking experience. I recommend staying away from this company.
