Placed online order for pickup a half hour before closing. Didn't read the email saying I would be notified when the order was ready for pickup, just raced to the store to get it. It obviously wasn't ready however, they offered to have it ready in 5 minutes despite being closing time. Left to store 5 minutes later with my order in hand. Awesome customer service and a great deal on my order as it was on sale.
When with my father. Looking for running shoes. Service was great from the sales people right through to the cashier. This will be my go to place for sports stuff.
Great place to shop for any active wear, sports equipment or shoes. Even better, you can shop online for a better selection and return here if you don't like or want what you ordered. Staff is always friendly and great with their service. They do skate sharpening here which is quite handy, much better than Play It Again Sports. Shoe selection is very good. Always come back here when I'm looking for any activewear. 5/5.

I like shopping at this store, friendly staff & polite. The only downfall is my oldest boy and I live in the XL sizes & maybe XXL range T-shirts & the stock is always gone or is it ever there last 3 visits? Tons of small & medium T-shirts hanging on racks with latest designs but no LG, XL or XXL. That would make my visits better and get Sports Chek to the 5-star!
Dealt with Sonia on a good size order. She was flawless in everyway. After many attempts At finding the right supplier, Sonia inked it that using Sportchek is my only go to. A+++++
Customer service is far from great, unless it's the manager. Two female staff standing in men's shoes area talking about other friends or something. Neither could stop to say hi or ask if we needed help. It was as if no customers were there. And then while leave the female at cash, just looked at us as if she had no idea what to do.
Absolutely despise shopping here. Have found that sales associates are either clueless, or simply don't care. Was looking at identical baseballs with two different prices. When I asked an associate why, all he could come up with was maybe some had been on the shelf longer. Really? They're not bananas! Off to Dick's I go.
I just wanted to thank the golf section, and especially the golf pro for taking the time to teach me a proper swing and which clubs and accessories would be best for me. It was a very positive experience and I appreciate the genuine interest in me as a customer.
