These guys are AMAZING!! They're so pleasant to be around, they explain everything you need to know!!! They take you through what your needs are, not what sales they want to make. I have never dealt with a dealership like this before, but I will definitely deal with them again!! Ask for Reid Morgan and if you have to finance or if you want extra warranty, Paul is your guy!!! He makes the experience painless and has an amazing sense if humour and he goes through every detail with you!! Don't shop anywhere else, you'll be wasting your time and money!!!

I had a great experience buying my truck at bridge city. Andrew Dyck helped me out finding the right truck that suited my needs. I take my truck to the express lube for oil changes, and they get my truck done in a very reasonable time. Very friendly staff and environment. I recommend to all my friends and family looking at buying a new vehicle to go to bridge city.

We have purchased all of our vehicles from Bridge City for almost 20 Years. Everyone is extremely friendly at the dealership, and they all know us by name as soon as we walk in the door. The customer service is absolutely incredible. We have recommended countless friends, family and strangers to Bridge City over the years and will continue to do so. Jonas, Clarence and the entire team at Bridge City go above and beyond every day!! It is a pleasure to deal there!

Once again another flawless transaction at Bridge City. The entire staff are kind, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make your purchase a great experience. This is my third purchase in the past four years and will be back again. They have earned my trust and loyalty. If it came down to it I would, without doubt, spend more money on the same vehicle just to deal with this dealership and support their employees. The various departments work together seamlessly to ensure your purchase is smooth and enjoyable. One of the best qualities of this dealership is the consistency of quality and the push towards innovation. It's worth purchasing and servicing your vehicle here purely for the fact that you do not have to worry about some tier two singer serenading you in the courtesy service shuttle.

Bridge City is the most reliable and professional company I ever dealt with. I got a new van from them and it happened as fast as I could ever imagined. No misleading fees, no procrastinating, I even won a $250 prize on my deal. The sale representative was nice and honest during the whole process. I highly recommend Bridge city to anybody who needs a car.
