McDonald's

Do not go to this McDonald’s at night, I work overnights and sometimes want to grab something to eat at the end of my shift. Everytime I’ve gone they have been “cleaning” and can’t take an order. Mind you I’ve been there at around 12am, 2am, and 3am on different nights. I think they just don’t want to work.

Not so happy the staff can't speak English. Good thing there is machine for self service.. There is a staff who was cleaning and very nice to us and I really appreciate that. He said our orders went through even the machine did not print receipt for us. It's a very busy location. Washroom is clean. Lots of parking. Close to many stores and grocery.

I am writing to report a very poor experience at the McDonald’s drive‑thru at 797, boulevard Curé‑Labelle in Blainville on my recent visit pray. 09:50nWhen I arrived at the order window, no one responded despite the employee saying “Bonjour” and “Hello” multiple times. I had to press the button at least 10–12 times, while the car in front of me was served first. When I finally got a response, I asked questions at the pickup window, but the staff did not answer properly and instead started laughing at me. The employee at the order window told someone to “respond” and then the whole team in the background continued to look at me and laugh, which felt extremely disrespectful.nThis kind of behaviour is unacceptable for a McDonald’s location and does not match the standard of service I expect from your brand. I have never had such an experience at any other McDonald’s and I felt embarrassed and frustrated throughout the interaction. I kindly ask that management review this incident with the team and address the lack of professionalism and customer‑service attitude at this drive‑thru.

They always mess up the order, or mess up something just this morning my dad and I get coffees be for work. The lid to my father coffee was not even on which caused a hot coffee to pour on to him.

Terrible service, slow, full of people ALL THE TIME. if you're ready to wait 20 to 40 minutes each time, enjoy. They should hire more people!
