So basically I ordered on skip and they forgotten half of my order. I went to the McDonald’s and explained what happened. Without hesitation the employee understood and apologized. He redid our complete order and even given us extra nuggets! My partner and I thrilled and surprised by this we felt so bad xD because the employee must of felt terrible that his crew messed up our order. He definitely redeemed himself, I love this McDonald so much. Even though they made a mistake, they were honest and apologized sincerely and made up for it. Writing this review because people make mistakes and it’s only a matter of how they deal with it and McDonald did it right! Thank you so much! I don’t know the employee name but he was seriously so kind and respectful! Thank you
Fries cold! Double cheeseburger cold and cheese not even melted.nTook forever to get service only 3 people waiting at 1.30 pm on a WednesdaynManagement shouting at each other, the place seemed very disorganized.nNearly 10$ for cold food...nnNever coming back here...nStandards well below par.nnWaste of 10$ , someone send me a message so I can my $ back....
It's clear that the owner is verry greedy. 3 employees on the week, overworked, the manager is in the office not helping in the front when there is 30 clients waiting.nSince the pandemy alot of employers just do not care about the clients not their employees. A corporation that did billions in profit yet they cannot hire more competent employees. Shame!
40 minutes for one single order.nDirty and messy place. Ants around windows see photos.nnWait a minute, Why this McDonald is so outdated? They don't have a screen to show thr status of orders. They don't even know who have ordered what and they blindly gave the wrong order to customers.
By far the best McDonalds I've been to in years. Always very polite and rarely make mistakes with my drive-through orders
