Extremely disappointing service.nWe ordered several items from the menu, including coffee, a Happy Meal, poutine, and burgers. However, only part of the order was given to us. When we asked about the missing items, one of the employees—an older woman—told us to leave. I showed her the receipt and explained that several items were missing, including the Happy Meal, but she became visibly upset, said she didn’t understand, and walked away.nnTo be fair, a few other staff members tried to assist, but we still never received everything we paid for. As tourists, we struggled with the language barrier, and it felt like the staff—especially the older woman—were unwilling to communicate in English. Overall, not a tourist-friendly experience and very poor customer service.

Went for breakfast, they had nothing available on the menu except for pancakes. Huge disappointment. Still wondering why McDonald's still keeps this location open. Maybe their District Manager is not doing their job correctly.

Never had such a bad experience at any other McDonalds. The people working here probably are not wanted at other locations and get sent here because the service is abysmally bad. Avoid this one and just go to the nearby McDonalds a couple min away.
