My overall experience at this location was great. The only element that I could mention was the customer service; I didn’t feel as welcome as I should be in this Sushi Shop. Indeed, when asking questions about the “combo” option, that can be added to the plate of sushis, the answers provided were unclear and the employee looked not sure about the information provided afterwards. Also, I was waiting for X amount of time for something I didn’t know I was waiting for because the employee provided me with nothing after the payment. At least, the important elements of my order were fulfilled and delicious. I have no comment about the sushis except for the good taste! I am always happy with the food at this location. Sans compter les autres fois que j’ai eu beaucoup d’erreurs dans ce que j’avais commandé. -la 1ere fois la personne qui a prit la commande finissait son shift peu après et n’a pas fait le relais… bon…je me dit que ca peut arriver.. - les 2 autres fois on a annulé ma commande 30 min avant l’heure de ramassage prévu . À la 2e annulation je me suis présenté au restaurant pour parler à la personne responsable. Les 2 employés sur place qui avaient autour de 20 ans m’ont avoué qu’il n’y avait aucun gérant/gérante ni superviseur. Qu’ils étaient pas mal laissés à eux même.. Quand j’ai demandé qui était leurs patrons,il était même pas capable de me répondre.. Je sais qu’il y a des choses pire que ca dans la vie mais je trouve que ca fais plus de sens … Bref je déteste faire ca mais je vous déconseille fortement de commander à cette endroit.
