This is about the third time I have been the only one standing at the counter without anyone speaking to me for 5 to 10 minutes. There doesn't seem to be team work going on. Each person is focused on doing a task and it doesn't seem to matter that a customer is there waiting. If it's another person's job to work the counter, maybe others could let them know a customer is waiting? There's always a lot of workers behind the counter, I just don't understand why they ignore me for so long. Several of them looked at me and said nothing!

The smell in and out of this place is so bad. Eating in a portable potty would be more appealing. This smell is going on a year now and I don’t understand how the can work in that environment.

Even though it was 3am, we decided to go through drive thru and get some grub. When we got home, it was cold and old and not good to eat. Called and spoke with Janet who was nice enough to redo the order. Food just got home and is fresh as ever. 👍

They were very busy but the drive thru went quickly. A little disappointed that my fries seemed to be cooked twice.
