Fast food service. Play area for the kids is great. Plus free WiFi. So the kids get to eat, play, and Mom can work on the laptop. They run out energy and I get stuff done. Perfect!

My kids like it because they market themselves really well. I miss the old setup in Charlotte when it was owned by Joe Fix and it didn't have to meet all the Layout Specs that results in confusion and chaos for the customer. I thought the McCafe idea would grow on me but hasn't one bit.

Service, nice. Fries cold. Cleanliness of store 1 star, because you could see through the windows. Bathroom nasty slimy.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's yet. The play area is completely separate from the other dining which is nice for everyone. The toys are also better than most McDonald's I've been too. They also have a small area for toddlers to play!! Play area has its own small family bathroom as well as high chairs. I love it!!!!

I was there for breakfast this morning and I had to return my sandwich because it was done incorrectly and the manager acted like it was an inconvenience and was very rude to me. My food has been messed up numerous times from this place . I might be better off going to Potterville from now on. Not happy at all
