This is a great Biggby. I'm on the road a lot for work and see a lot of Biggby's and this is a really good one. It just often seems pleasant people work here.

I love biggby and go to quite a few different ones. This one by far has the worst customer service. Never greeted with "hello how are today how I can help you?" It's always "what do you need". Today the blond young lady was just plain rude, taking orders and dealing with other customers! The best part of biggby is the friendly conversations!!

Don't go there for the mocha Java Coffee. Several times they have been told that the carafe which holds the coffee is dysfunctional, which results in coffee that is not hot. Unless of course you want lukewarm coffee. Otherwise expect average Biggby Coffee.

Curious why Bigby in Charlotte MI not open at 615am on Friday morning? This is twice now on a Friday morning in a matter if weeks? Have the hours changed?
