McDonald's

It should be noted they DO NOT have milkshakes at this location. The black woman that often works nights is incredibly rude, absolutely no customer service skills, she makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her by bring a customer. I avoid this plave like the plague.

The worse McDonald's. My family and I were driving through olds ab, and needed to get food for the family something everyone would eat. We waited at the drive thru menu for someone to take our order for almost 5 minutes. We then drove up to the first window (which was open letting bugs in) and no one helped up so we moved up to the next window (open again letting bugs in so bad we kept out window shut) again waited for 5 or more minutes to get the food only 4 meals. There was so many problems. 1. No ice in any drinks and no one said they didn't have any 2. My husband asked for no pickles the box said no pickles on it but there were pickles sandwiches as well the bun wasn't all there 3. Asked for nuggets for my step son and got a McChicken sandwich 4. No straws were given to us 5. No napkins 5. Horrible service We all dont feel so well after eating there. We recommend no one every eat there. We are so discussed and would have just gone somewhere else if we knew the town better and what was open.

Slow and food is poorly prepared. Ordered a BLT this morning and it had gobs of mayo on the OUTSIDE of the bagel. Not the first time I've had poorly prepared food here 👎

THE WORST: We no longer will eat here at the Olds Location for these two reasons: 1. 4, yes 4, times in a row we got the wrong order... when we got home and realized we went back all 4 times and got nothing but very rude responses (how is it MY problem when YOU messed up.... not once, not twice but four times IN A ROW?) And no, I was not rude any of those times... I just asked to have the fries we paid for and get the correct burger. 2. The customer service is horrid. The very last time I went, I went inside to order take out due to the poor luck we have with the drive through... The woman ignored me... rang 3 drive through orders in before taking mine... IN FRONT OF ME at the front till... Nice!! Then she just stared at me, I ordered, and she literally tossed my change at me with the receipt- I asked for the manager and SHE WAS THE MANAGER... It blows my mind. NEVER AGAIN OLDS McDONALD'S. Even my kids said they would rather eat where they can get a) what they ordered the FIRST time and b) they would rather eat at a place where the staff are respectful. WHY did we give them so many tries before not handing our money over to the ungrateful employees???

This mcdonalds is terrible, just about everything you get will be underdone or overdone or just plain stale. If you ask for any changes to your burger they'll confirm the order 3x and might STILL get it wrong. Some of the employees are just plain rude, especially the weekday night staff, but it all boils down to management. No one is properly trained, and even if they have been they don't act like it. The only reason I go here is there aren't any other late night food options in olds except for Timmie's which is a toss up whether they'll even have anything made. Also, any other fast food place would have gotten back to me about my complaints (several) about their service, food, and cleanliness; but I guess it just proves that they know they're that bad and yet have no desire to improve. If you're just passing through, stop at the location in innisfail - happier employees, hot food, and your order will be correct. If you want a great mcdicks go to the one in sylvan lake. If you really need food I would suggest the A&W - but avoid this mcdonalds like the plague.
