McDonald's

Second worst McDonalds franchise on the island of Montreal, the worst being Lachine of course. The staff here legitimately will ignore you. They take so long to even just give you your food after it's been made. Terrible customer service, when an employee at the cash sees a customer approach they will look you in the eyes, not acknowledge you, ignore you and act like you are annoying them. I have literally asked 2 of their employees "Why don't you just quit if you hate your job so much? There are literally hundereds of other minimum wage jobs out there."

One day I went to this McDonalds because I wanted a McBigMcMac. As I requested for the McBigMcMac, the staff told me it didn't exist. I was outraged. I then, in the most polite but passive aggresive tone asked for a McFlurry with specifically 12 extra oreo bits. The manager came over and said the McFlurryMcMachine is McBroke. I immediately sprinted off and ran to the Subway nearby. 5 stars

Probably worst Mcdo in Montreal but they have a good crew working there. It's small, menu is very limited and it's basically just for taking coffee and muffin.

Hard working staff and great service. They have the basic menu but does the job.

It's not a McCafe so the menu is limited. It's a food court McDonalds and that's what you'll get. The staff is pleasant and professional, at least in the mornings when I get my coffee.
