They serve it so perfectly!nnThe fish is so fresh and they don’t over load their rolls with rice.nnVery prideful presentation…. always.nnSame experience everytime!nnTheir homemade wasabi is perfect!nnTheir ginger is so fresh and not too pickled!nnOhhhh and their salmon collar is to die for there!!!! A must!nnIt’s super busy for good reason but WORTH THE WAIT!nnAlso they sometimes come around with sampled their secret rollllsss and that’s such a gorgeous touch!nn1000/10
Was here recently and had an exceptional experience. The staff was extremely friendly, even offering samples of new sushi. The restaurant was constantly full with both eat-in and takeout customers but never once did we feel rushed by the staff. Overall great experience, great quality sushi, and definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!
A small restaurant with big flavour. The food offered was quite tasty and filling with an emphasis on tasty. The menu is quite varied and there was something for everyone in my party. We ordered via a table-side tablet and the interface was easy to use and navigate. Food arrived fast and hot with little delay between order and receiving it.nnStaff were very professional and friendly, making sure that all the customers were taken care of. One thing to note, when we were eating there we were provided samples of the new menu items.
I absolutely love their sushi — it’s always expertly crafted and full of delicate, fresh flavours. The restaurant uses top-quality ingredients, and even though it’s a little on the pricey side, every bite feels like it’s worth it. Their sushi alone makes it one of my favourite Japanese spots.
Best sushi I’ve had so far in the Edmonton and surrounding area! Small place, so make sure to call ahead. We went without a reservation on a Saturday night and were put on a waitlist but it went by pretty quickly.nAll the fish tasted quite fresh and great textures! Nice presentation and the rolls had some great flavours as well. Only thing was I was surprised they had no wine menu only sake and beer so I just had tea and water. Not a dealbreaker though as I was craving sashimi and my craving was fulfilled Will 100% be back again!
