McDonald's

This still absolutely ridiculous. They messed up my order and forgot to add a cheeseburger that I ordered and they gave me a hard time and telling me I have to go to DoorDash when I did my order through the McDonald's application. Poor service and poor quality of food. The food I did get was very cold and my big Mac was more sauce than big Mac itself. I'm never ordering from this restaurant again or stepping a foot in their store. Shameful experience and this is most McDonald's nowadays. 0 stars across the board if possible.

Ordered a mcdouble, fries and a jr chicken… never in my life got fries this hard…Couldnt even chew em.nnThe mcdouble only had ketchup, one slice of pickle, one slice of cheese and ONE patty…. That’s not a mc double man! Seriously the worst order i’ve ever gotten. Whats wronf

They close earlier then they should. If they don't have what you want they lie and charge you anyways without giving you what you paid for. Customer service is an all time low here, stay away. Wouldn't be the worst thing in verdun if it closed.

Today is the last day I visit this location. For so long they have gotten my orders wrong and I kept coming back. Today was on another level. I made a big order, confirmed my selections after past experiences and was told yes they got it. After I paid I asked for the receipt but was told it's at the pickup window which it should not be, because then there's no way to verify the order. Then was told to wait in the car. When the order came I asked if there were straws inside they said yes. Things they got wrong: no straws inside bag, no spoons inside bag for mcflurries, and one mcflurry order was wrong. The order also took more than 10 minutes so the ice cream was melting when we got it.nnStaff needs to be trained better.
